International Raw Materials, Ltd. (IRM) appeals a trial court order evicting it from commercial property at the Port of Longview (Port). IRM argues that the trial court erred in striking its affirmative defenses and in granting a prejudgment writ. We reverse and remand for further proceedings.
FACTS
