OPINION
REID, Chief Justice.
This case presents an appeal from the judgment of the Court of Appeals sustaining summary judgment for the defendant. The plaintiffs are the children of the defendant Gifford Harold Boshears and his deceased wife, who was feloniously killed by Boshears. The suit seeks the declaration that the plaintiffs are the owners of certain real property that was owned by their parents as tenants by the entirety at the time of their mother’s death in 1971.
