BAKER, Judge.

Appellant-defendant Frank R. Rem-busch appeals his convictions for Operating a Motor Vehicle With a Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) of at Least .15%, 1 a class A misdemeanor, and Public Intoxication, 2 a class B misdemeanor, raising a number of issues.
