Memorandum: Family Court properly adjudicated respondent’s two sons, Markus R. and Matthew R., to be permanently neglected and adjudicated respondent’s daughter, Mariah R., to be abandoned. With respect to respondent’s sons, petitioner met its burden of establishing by clear and convincing evidence that, despite petitioner’s “diligent efforts to encourage and strengthen the parental relationship” (Family Ct Act § 614 [1] [c]), respondent failed to plan for their future.
