HUTCHESON, Circuit Judge.
Appellee, plaintiff below, brought this suit against the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company on a fidelity schedule bond executed by that company insuring the bank against loss caused by any of the employees listed in the schedule, to the extent of the amount for which that employee was bonded. The bond gives the employer the right, under conditions set out in the policy, to add the names of additional employees, and to increase or dimmish the amount of insurance.
