Plaintiff Parker Madison Partners brings this putative class action on behalf of itself and a class of licensed real estate brokers seeking injunctive and declaratory relief preventing Defendant Airbnb from engaging in alleged unfair competition and conduct violating section 349 of the New York General Business Law ("GBL") by virtue of providing real estate brokerage services in New York without the licenses mandated by the New York Real Property Law ("RPL").
