Batjer, J.:

The district court, after a bench trial, entered judgment for the defendant on a claim for damages and rescission, on the ground of fraudulent misrepresentation, of a contract for the sale of a bordello.

The evidence presented at trial showed that respondent Wilson was interested in selling the brothel she owned, “Gina’s Salt Wells Villa”, located in Churchill County, Nevada.
