ZAVATT, Chief Judge.
Defendant has moved for an order pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) transferring the instant diversity action to the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey or in the alternative, for an order dismissing the complaint. The motion to so transfer is granted.
The instant action, for libel and slander, was commenced on December 15, 1966. The complaint alleges that the plaintiff, a citizen of New Jersey, is an officer and director of Middle Atlantic Utilities Co., a Delaware corporation (hereinafter MAU), and of Utility Capital Corporation, a New Jersey…
