FLAUM, Circuit Judge.

Gary Jones appeals from the district court’s order affirming the decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“Secretary”) to terminate Jones’ disability benefits. We affirm.

I. Background

While employed as a truck driver in June 1986, Gary Jones sustained serious injuries to his right hand, wrist, and arm, as he attempted to crank up a trailer.
