This adversary proceeding was brought by Paul Krohn (the “Trustee”), the trustee in the chapter 7 bankruptcy of Thomas F. Bello (the “Debtor”), against Judith Bello, the Debtor’s wife (“Ms.Bello”), to recover for the estate proceeds from the sale of real property allegedly fraudulently transferred by the Debtor and Ms. Bello prior to the bankruptcy.
