Action by executors of F. A. Saméis’ estate against the executrix of William A. Saméis’ estate. Appeal from order filed September 30, 1927, denying plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial on the first cause of action, and also appeal from order filed November 1, 1927, denying plaintiffs’ motion for new trial on second cause of action.
