WOLFSON, United States Magistrate Judge.
Presently before the Court is the motion by plaintiff, Bruce Larison, seeking leave to file a Fourth Amended Complaint to add two new claims, one for spoliation of evidence in connection with the destruction of Detention Unit videotapes and other documentation related to his detention, and the other, a due process claim, based upon unreasonable delay in scheduling his first court appearance following his arrest.
