Following extensive pretrial proceedings in this civil action and a lengthy period of discovery, the parties have completed discovery and have now filed motions for summary judgment. Presently pending are defendants’ motion seeking summary judgment as to all claims of all plaintiffs and counterclaim defendants’ motion seeking summary judgment as to the counterclaim of defendant Marriott Corporation. 1 The Court has considered extensive memoranda and volumi nous exhibits submitted both in support of and in opposition to these two motions.
