BLUMENFELD, District Judge.
This complex antitrust ease, one of several involving similar claims and consolidated for trial in this district, is brought by a group of building owners on behalf of all others similarly *122situated.1 All of the named plaintiffs in this case are partnerships or corporations under the umbrella of The Lefrak Organization, i. e., they are all under the control and at least partial ownership of Samuel J. Lefrak.
