Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Lamont, J.), rendered June 13, 1990, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of rape in the first degree, kidnapping in the first degree, kidnapping in the second degree, grand larceny in the second degree and coercion in the first degree (three counts).
