The matter before the court is a motion for relief from the automatic stay to enforce termination of an executory contract filed by Days Inns of America Franchising, Inc. (“DIAF” or “movant”) against Tudor Motor Lodge Associates, Limited Partnership (“Tudor Motor Lodge” or “debtor”). The motion was filed by DIAF on February 8, 1989.
