CHAVEZ, Justice.

Appellant Methodist Hospitals of Dallas (MHD) brings an interlocutory appeal of an order certifying a class action against it. Appellee Linda Tall is the named representative of the class, which alleges that MHD improperly disposed of radiological films taken of Tail’s children and other members of the class.
