Appellant Terrance Robinson appeals pro se from the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief by the Circuit Court of Jackson County following an evidentiary hearing. Appellant contends that he is entitled to post-conviction relief because the trial court lacked jurisdiction in his underlying criminal case in that the grand jury indictment was not properly served, returned, or filed. For the following reasons, the motion court’s judgment is vacated, in part, and this cause is remanded to the motion court with instruction to dismiss Appellant’s sup*817plement…
