1 Appellant, Raymond Eugene Johnson, was tried by a jury and convicted of First Degree Murder (Counts I and II) and First Degree Arson, After Former Conviction of Two or More Felonies (Count III) in the District Court of Tulsa County, Case No. CF 2007-3514.
