Kurt Marti, Marianne Marti, Marti Partnership and Marti Trust (collectively, the “Creditors”), creditors of International Forex of California, Inc., the above-captioned chapter 11 debtor and debtor in possession (the “debtor”), seek an order, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 362(h), awarding damages, punitive damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees and costs against William McCray, the debtor’s chief executive officer, and Randall A.
