I. INTRODUCTION

Terry Bronzynski appeals an order of a three-judge review panel of the Nebraska Workers’ Compensation Court, which reversed in part, and in part affirmed a decision of a single judge of the Workers’ Compensation Court upon an application to modify an award of benefits. Bronzynski asserts that the review panel erred in reversing the trial court’s decision to increase his permanent partial disability award, in failing to award further temporary total disability benefits, and in failing to award additional penalties and fees.
