On March 28, 1978 the Trustee, John T. Goss, applied to this judge, who, because of the disqualification of bankruptcy Judge John Chinen, Chief Judge King, and Judge Wong, was then handling all matters involved in the Chapter X proceedings, for authorization to prosecute this present action.
