Under date of December 27, 1909, the National Annuity Association, whose name has since been changed to National Americans, issued a beneficiary certificate to Chris M. Waterstrow, a member of Aurora Assembly No. 187, of said order, located at Aurora, Illinois, wherein his wife, Libbie Waterstrow, was made beneficiary, and it was therein provided that in the event of the death of the member in good standing said beneficiary should be paid by the association an annuity of three hundred dollars per year for ten years, payable quarterly.
