Motion to Dismiss and Cross Motions for Summary Judgment

Plaintiff Craig Ford, a former employee of the Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), brings this action to review his discharge from the position of Special Assistant to the Area Director of HUD’s Chicago Area Office, which became effective on November 12, 1975. Plaintiff seeks reinstatement, back pay, reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
