EDWARD WEINFELD, District Judge.
Plaintiff, formerly a non-probationary career employee in the United States Civil Service, was discharged in June 1977 from her position as a clerk-typist assigned to the Acquisition Branch of the Realty Section, United States Corps of Engineers, Department of the Army (the “Army”). She commenced this action for judicial review of the agency’s decision to discharge her, seeking reinstatement and back pay.
