This matter is before the Court on a Motion for Class Certification filed by the plaintiffs, Paul Graham and Estelle Sanders (hereafter Graham and Sanders) on May 25, 1988, a Motion to Dismiss filed by defendants, Western Loan Marketing Association (hereafter WLMA holder) and California Student Loan Finance Corporation (hereafter CSLFC holder), on March 1,1988 and May 24, 1988, respectively; and a Motion For Leave to File an Amended Complaint filed by Graham and Sanders on June 2, 1988.
