This matter is before the court on De-fendanb-Appellant Dominic Forte’s (Forte) bankruptcy appeal. For the reasons stated below, we affirm the bankruptcy court.
BACKGROUND
This matter is an appeal from Chapter 11 Bankruptcy Proceedings. The following facts are stipulated by the parties and are undisputed. Longview Aluminum, L.L.C.
