Before the Court is the Motion to Dismiss or, in the Alternative, Motion for Relief from the Automatic Stay (hereinafter the "Motion"), (Doc. No. 20), filed by Delta Air Lines, Inc. (hereinafter "Delta") in the above-styled bankruptcy proceeding. Asanda Air II LLC (hereinafter the "Debtor") opposes Delta's motion.
