State Ex Rel. Nelms v. Superior Court

This proceeding was instituted in this court by Boy Francis Nelms and Blanche Marie Nelms, Ms wife, as plaintiffs and relators, seeMng a writ of prohibition against the superior court for Spokane county, et al., respondents, prohibiting that court from maMng and entering certain findings in a proceeding pending before it concerning the adoption of a minor.
