AIKEN, District Judge.

Plaintiff, Arwen Bird, filed nine claims against the defendants. They were: violation of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 29 U.S.C. § 794 (“Rehab Act”), violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, 42 U.S.C. §§ 12101, 12181-12189, 12203 (“ADA”), breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, defamation, negligence, fraud, negligent misrepresentation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
