Employee appeals and employer cross-appeals from the district court’s decision affirming in part and reversing in part the final decision of the workers’ compensation commissioner. The parties challenge the commissioner’s findings that claimant “earned less” than the usual weekly earnings of a full-time adult laborer in his field and suffered a sixty percent permanent industrial disability as not supported by substantial evidence.
