The appellant, Iowa Wholesale Beer Distributors Association, is an association of more than forty beer distributors located in the State of Iowa. Appellant, Sheila Douglas, is Iowa Wholesale Beer Distributors Association’s executive director. The remaining appellants are Iowa wholesale beer distributors.
