Clyde E. Griffin appeals his convictions for one count of statutory rape in the first degree, under section 566.032, RSMo 2000, 1 three counts of incest, under section 568.020, two counts of statutory sodomy in the first degree, under section 566.062, and two counts of child molestation in the first degree, under section 566.067. Mr. Griffin raises two points on appeal.
