Christensen v. Christensen

peal from an order of the Supreme Court, Herkimer County (Michael E. Daley, J.), entered November 1, 2007. The order disqualified plaintiffs attorney from representing plaintiff.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs.
