THE COURT.

Action to quiet title. Plaintiff, as administrator with the will annexed to the estate of Patrick J. Lyons, deceased, sought to quiet title to certain described property consisting of sixty-eight acres located in the San Joaquin Valley. Patrick J. Lyons and Margaret Lyons were husband and wife, their marriage occurring in the year 1913, and continuing up to the time of the death of Patrick J. Lyons on the ninth day of June, 1924.
