OPINION

JONES, Judge.

This is an appeal as of right from a judgment of the trial court denying the appellant’s application for post-conviction relief.

The appellant raises four issues for review. He contends that the trial judge should have recused himself, the trial court erroneously applied the previously determined and waiver provisions contained in the Post-Conviction Procedure Act, the trial court violated his right to the effective assistance of counsel in refusing to continue the evidentiary hearing in the second post-conviction proceeding, and the dismissal of the second post-conviction…
