On the 2d day of May, 1919, a judgment was recovered in the circuit court of Jeffersbn county, Ala., by Mrs. Lois T. Brooks, administratrix, against the Sloss-Sheffield Steel & Iron Company, which judgment carried with it a recovery of the court costs in said case. When the clerk of the circuit court of Jeff.erson county made up the bill of costs, he assessed, as an item of costs in said cause, the sum of $70.50 as com-fnissions for collecting the amount due on said judgment.
