Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Franklin County (Main Jr., J.), rendered May 27, 2010, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crime of grand larceny in the second degree.
Defendant was the business manager and bookkeeper for Adirondack Audiology Associates in the Village of Saranac Lake, Franklin County from 2004 until February 2008, when her employer became aware that she had charged thousands of dollars of personal expenditures to Adirondack’s corporate credit card, in addition to using business funds to purchase gasoline and cell phone service for her personal use.…
