BILLINGS, Chief Justice.

Defendant Greg Simmer was tried and convicted of promoting obscenity in the sec*373ond degree and sentenced to 90 days in jail. He questions the constitutionality of the statute under which he was prosecuted and the sufficiency of the evidence to support the jury’s verdict. Affirmed.
