Appellant was tried before a jury on an information charging, in count one, possession of intoxicating liquor with intent to sell, in count two, unlawful transportation of intoxicating liquor; and also the information charged two former convictions under the liquor laws of this state.

The jury found against him on count one of the information, and also found that he had twice theretofore been convicted of the violation of the liquor laws; but acquitted him of the charge of unlawful transportation.
