Earl Wilmore, appearing as natural tutor of the minor, Earl Wilmore, Jr., brought this suit against the defendant, Unity Industrial Life Insurance Company, on two policies of industrial life insurance amounting to $262 issued by the defendant on the life of Orethia Zeringue.
