*836In an action, inter alla, for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the defendants appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Dabiri, J.), dated November 16, 2012, as denied their motion to dismiss the cause of action for specific performance pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7) and to cancel a certain notice of pendency filed against the subject real property.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
