Before the Court are cross appeals which have been consolidated for our review. Daniel Santarelli (Claimant) suffered a work related injury to his right knee, left ankle and head on July 14, 1980, when he fell off a lad der while in the employ of Patrick Dougherty Construction (Employer). Pursuant to a Notice of Compensation Payable Claimant received total disability benefits at the rate of $153.33 based on his pre-injury weekly wage of $230.00 per week.
