QUESTION PRESENTED AND CONCLUSION Question: Whether authority over the budget and personnel of the Division of Gaming lies with the Department of Revenue, the Limited Gaming Control Commission, or some combination of the two entities.

Answer: While the Commission must approve the Division's budget, both the budget and the Division's personnel decisions are under the control of the Department and ultimately are made by the executive director.
