METZNER, District Judge.
The sheriff of the City of New York has brought on this petition to review an order in bankruptcy of Referee Stephenson to the effect that the sheriff is not entitled to his claim for poundage.
The facts are not in dispute. The trustee in bankruptcy obtained a judgment against Arturo Cano for $17,595 in a plenary suit and issued an execution to-the sheriff against the wages of the judgment debtor.
