One Tyson recovered judgment in the Superior Court of Buffalo, against the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company, for $4,328, which was affirmed by the General Term. The judgment was docketed in Monroe county, and the defendant as attorney for the plaintiff in the judgment, issued an execution thereon to the plaintiff in this action as sheriff of that county, who levied upon property of the judgment debtor, sufficient to satisfy it.
