This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court for Sheridan county allowing an absolute claim against the estate of Anthony M. Wilson, deceased, upon a bank stockholders’ double liability under section 7, art. XII of the Constitution of Nebraska, as the same existed from 1875 to its amendment in 1930, upon 10 shares of the *107capital stock of the Lakeside State Bank of Lakeside, Nebraska, owned by the deceased at the time of his death.
