This is a suit in equity brought by George C. Rankin, a citizen of Illinois, receiver of the First National Bank of Alma, Kansas, hereinafter referred to as the Alina bank, against Charles R. Miller and James Baily, executors of Robert H. Miller, deceased, and trustees under his will, the Equitable Guarantee and Trust Company, Annie M. Baily, Elizabeth M. -Baily, and the said Charles R. .Miller, citizens of Delaware, and Wilmer W. Miller and R.
