Before the Court is a motion by defendant Conwood for (1) judgment as a matter of law, or, in the alternative, (2) judgment for a new trial and/or remittitur of damages from the Verdict of the Jury, and Judgment of the Court, based upon a violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
