This petition in equity was brought under the provisions of G. L. (Ter. Ed.) c. 40, § 53, by more than ten taxable inhabitants of the city of Worcester to enjoin the city from taking action with respect to a land assembly and redevelopment project known as the New Salem Street Project, hereinafter called the project, undertaken by the Worcester Housing Authority, hereinafter called the authority.
